Returns & Exchanges

At Volver Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your vinyl arrives damaged or doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the records back in their original mailer or a sturdy cardboard box with protective padding to ensure they are not warped or scratched during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned media, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
